Week 13/ 3 Months!

Jonathan and David are 3 months old today!!! 

This past week Micah and David got hit with a nasty chest cold that included a fever.  Thankfully the fever only lasted the first day.  Micah woke up from his nap Friday with a fever, horse voice, and a congested chest.  David woke up at 3:30 Monday morning with a 103.1 temperature and very congested as well.  Thankfully they have been able to sleep pretty well, just waking up once a night needing some more Tylenol and Vicks.  And thankfully Jonathan has seemed to avoid it for the most part.  He did have a slight fever yesterday, but after some Tylenol and a nap he seems to be fine.  David’s cold is making it hard for him to eat, so it’s a struggle every time to feed him and when he does finally eat it’s not as much as usual.  Micah also had very little appetite with his cold, so hopefully David will start eating normal again soon.

Before he got his cold David was really starting to coo a lot.  It is just the cutest thing.  His favorite place to talk is the changing table.  You put him down to change his diaper and he just smiles and tells you a story.  Jonathan is starting to coo more.  We have decided that Jonathan is the more serious one and David is the more laid back one.  David is able to calm himself down much easier than Jonathan.  But both boys will give you big smiles if you ask.  

Micah usually feels he needs to be a part of their picture as well. :)
